We will match any price. If you find a lower price within 21 days of your purchase date. epillsrx.com will credit your account for the difference. Our lowest price guarantee ensures that you always receive maximum savings. Our guarantee excludes all advertised competitors specials, clearance items, rebates or coupons.

Shipping Policy
Your order should arrive at your door within 21 business days from the time that your order is finalized. The average delivery time is 10-14 business days. Packages may be delayed from time to time, due to variables beyond our control (eg. Customs, clarification required on order, credit card issues, etc.). If you encounter delays with your order, please call us at toll free 1.888.543.8889.
An order stopped by Customs is entitled to one free reshipmnet. Orders seized by Customs are not entitled to refund. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, except for orders shipped to Canada.

Cancellation Policy

Your credit card will be charged once you place the order. You may cancel your order until the point that we have shipped your order. Please note that epillsrx.com will also beat any price on the Internet, so if you happen to find a lower price after you place your order, you have up to 21 days from your purchase date to let us know and we will credit you for the difference. This offer only applies to regualr priced products, no sale prices, one time special offers or coupons.

Returns Policy

We CANNOT legally accept returns on medicine however we do have a satisfaction guarantee for our customers. The medicines we send are safe and effective.

Refund Policy

At epillsrx.com we do not offer refunds except when the orders are cancelled as per the cancellation policy. If there are any issues regarding your order there is an option for a single free re-shipment, the only exception to this policy is a customs seizures from Canada Customs.
